| Principle and process£º |
The core function is to recover, storage and reuse of the heating air and wasted organic gas in bake channel.
Burner will heat the storeroom; the fuel will be discharged after desulfuration and dedusting.
The waste organic gas in the storeroom will get into the bake channel after achieve work temperature, and then get back into the storeroom through recycle pipeline. After heated for a while, it will get into the bake channel to warm or keep warm.
The waste organic gas in the bake channel gets into the storeroom through the main feed valve and bypass-valve, then it will be heated to operation temperature and gets into the catalytic bed, under the activity action of the catalyst, the waste organic gas will process oxidizing reaction and produce harmless water and carbon dioxide, and release some heat. The high temperature gas after reaction will get back directly into the bake channel to warm or keep warm. While the temperature in the bake channel approaches the control temperature, the auto valve will work in advance so as to assure the temperature precision. At the same time, the surplus high temperature gas will be discharged into the air of low temperature after exchange warming to heating storeroom. |
