- Unique patent technique products: energy storage space to recycle and storage the residual heat in the bake channel, which can reduce operation cost by 60%-90%.
- Cooperate with Chemical Engineering Institute of East China University in R&D of exhaust gas treatment system, adopting the advanced flue gas desulphurization and dust removal technology to make sure that emissions can meet environmental standards. The emission temperature is about 30¡æ, which can avoid dust pollution.
- Using hot air circulation without pressure, the air temperature in the bake channel is stable, which can make sure there are no color differences in work pieces.
- The volatile Organic Gasses in the bake channel such as Xylene will be catalyzed and reused instead of emitting to the air directly.
- It will not change any construction or effect of the original equipment during the alternation.
